- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- The first scan for your package could take place upon its arrival at a nearby regional hub. This is common during periods of heavy shipping volume when many packages are processed together. Until this first scan is done, the carrier may not officially acknowledge receipt of your package.
- The first scan of your shipment may not be recorded until it is delivered.
- There may be a delay in updates to the tracking database.
- Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, aren't trackable. Rest assured that your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
- The selected shipping speed determines the transit time. We calculate transit time in business days, generally excluding Saturdays and Sundays unless a weekend delivery option is chosen at checkout. Holidays are factored into the transit time as well.
- For specific delivery dates, we may show an "order within" countdown timer. This indicates the timeframe in which you need to place your order to receive delivery by the date shown. The date may be subject to change before your order is finalized. Your confirmation email will include your guaranteed delivery date.
- With Free Shipping, your order should arrive within a period of 7 to 25 business days. We make an effort to process and ship your order as economically as possible to provide free shipping. If you observe that your items haven’t shipped yet, there’s no need to be anxious. We may take slightly longer than you anticipate to ship your order, but it will still arrive within the designated 7 to 25 business days.
